Customer Service: Any package of defective product returned to Bone Science Inc. will be replaced as long as the product is in its original packaging. Please note that all returned inventory will be subject to inspection. Each customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping of product back to Bone Science Inc.. At the point in time in which we determine that the product returned is defective, Bone Science will replace all damaged goods at no cost to the customer.
